Your fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals, complete with modern appliances and dining space. The private deck showcases those breathtaking water views - perfect for unwinding with morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road, so earplugs and sound machines are thoughtfully provided for peaceful rest. Downtown Traverse City is a short drive away, offering excellent restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries, shopping, theaters, and all the attractions this Jewel of the North has to offer.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. A $49 damage waiver fee provides accidental damage coverage up to $500. High chair and pack n play available upon request for additional fee. Mid-stay cleaning required for stays 14 days or longer. Please note this property is not pet-friendly per HOA guidelines, and a non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.
