Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the second bedroom with an ensuite shower, and two queen beds in the first bedroom. For additional guests, the living room provides a sleeper sofa. The interior is rounded out by a cozy living area featuring a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player, alongside a functional kitchen and dining area.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of space to relax and entertain. The ground level offers convenient parking, an outdoor shower, and a dedicated grilling area perfect for family meals. The main level boasts both a screened-in deck and an open, covered deck. For a truly special experience, ascend to the widow's walk above the house, an ideal spot for sunbathing with stunning views of both the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay.

Located in an ideal spot for activity, guests are positioned near the start of the extensive bike path that stretches all the way to the State Park.
