Important Access Information: 1665 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 2nd floor, Stairwell B. Please be aware that exterior steps are required to access all floors in the Bluff Villa buildings. As Sea Pines is a gated community, every vehicle requires a gate pass. One pass is included with your booking; additional passes are available for a $35 fee and must be picked up at the property manager's office. Additionally, the South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally (June-August) and requires a separate pass purchased directly from the pool at least one week in advance. Please note there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina, though many shops, including The Salty Dog, remain open.
