The interior features a custom-built diner-style dining table on the main level just off the kitchen, perfect for mixing great food and conversation. For entertainment, the top floor hosts a small living area loft equipped with a queen futon, a large TV, an Xbox, and a collection of games. The home gets its name from the knobby trees outside the loft window where eagles are often seen resting.

Step outside to enjoy the property's standout features, including a covered gulf view deck and a private fenced backyard. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a fire pit, a smoker, an enclosed outdoor shower, and even a treehouse for the kids.

Indian Pass is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you are interested in fishing, crabbing, shelling, or bird-watching, the activities here are endless.
