Perfectly positioned midway between the iconic Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club, this retreat offers guests a prime location to experience two of the island's most beloved attractions.

Designed for families, friends, or small groups, the villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed and two full-size beds to ensure a restful stay. The interior blends elegance and comfort, featuring composite hardwood flooring in the entryway and dining areas, while plush carpeting in the living room and bedrooms adds warmth. For entertainment, a large flat-screen TV is located in the living room, and each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV.

Culinary needs are met in the modern kitchen, which is appointed with granite countertops, new cabinets, and a well-stocked supply of cookware and utensils. Tiled floors in the kitchen ensure effortless cleanup. One of the highlights of the home is the beautiful balcony, where you can step outside to enjoy serene views of hole 9 on the Atlantic Dunes golf course.

Beyond the villa, guests can enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere with access to two pools available from April through October. To help you explore the scenic trails of Sea Pines, the property provides two complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals. A car pass is also included for convenient resort access.
