The villa is designed for relaxation and group gatherings. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat with a king bed and a private ensuite bath. The second bedroom provides two twin beds and its own full bathroom, while a cozy loft with a twin trundle bed offers additional sleeping space for guests.

Inside, the home boasts an open and airy layout illuminated by natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. For outdoor enjoyment, a private patio provides the perfect spot for grilling or unwinding after a day by the ocean.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the community provides exceptional resort-style features for guests to enjoy. You will have access to a community pool, a recently refinished tennis court, and a dedicated pickleball court. To enhance your beach days, four complimentary backpack beach chairs are provided.

It offers a peaceful, beach-oriented escape away from the crowds, with exceptional beach access via a convenient path located just across the street, allowing you to enjoy pristine sands and surf.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Linens: Bath towels and bed linens are provided; however, beach towels are not provided.
• Policy: All reservations made for a duration of one month (28 days) or longer are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
