All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. A damage waiver fee of $79 applies to each stay, providing accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. Dogs are welcome with an additional fee (maximum 2 dogs), and must be kept on leash at all times and never left alone at the property.
