Practical Information and Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in may be available on the day of arrival if the property is vacant; please check with the local manager).
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs are strictly prohibited due to a strict cleaning schedule).
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. Up to 2 dogs are permitted provided they are included in the reservation and the pet fee is paid. More than 2 dogs or any pets other than dogs are strictly prohibited.
• Hot Tub: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the hot tub. Guests will be charged for cleaning and refilling if the tub is left excessively dirty.
• Indoor Fireplace: Guests are not permitted to use the indoor wood fireplace.
• Air Conditioning: Please note that the property does NOT have air conditioning and may get warm during the summer.
• Guest Count: Pricing is based on the number of guests; please ensure your reservation reflects the accurate guest count.
