The second bedroom provides a comfortable queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are large and well-equipped with a dresser, mirror, and closet. For additional guests, a sofa bed is located in the living room, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

Inside the condo, guests will find a full modern kitchen featuring a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and a comprehensive supply of cooking and dining utensils. The living area is centered around a cozy electric fireplace and includes a dedicated work desk for those who need to stay connected. A dining area with a table provides seating for up to 6 adults. One of the highlights of the property is the very nice outdoor deck, which offers a great view of one of the resort's three 18-hole golf courses and includes an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals. For added convenience, the unit includes its own private washer and dryer.

Located in a prime area, the condo is just 1 mile from the shores of Lake Michigan and 8 miles from the vibrant downtown Traverse City, making it easy to transition from quiet resort living to urban exploration.
