The interior is defined by tasteful decor and high-end updates throughout. The bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with built-in cabinetry, while the bathroom boasts a new sink and new flooring. The heart of the home is the completely renovated eat-in kitchen, which features new cabinets, modern appliances, and sleek quartz countertops, creating a fresh, coastal feel.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, this villa provides exceptional guest additions to enhance your beach experience. You will have access to two complimentary adult bicycles, ideal for cruising the island's 60+ miles of scenic leisure paths or making quick trips to the store. Additionally, four backpack beach chairs are provided, ensuring you can head straight to the shore the moment you arrive.

Location is everything here. Situated directly across from Coligny Plaza, you are just steps from the sand and within walking distance of dozens of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. The convenience is so great that you may find you never need to use your car for the duration of your stay. The complex also includes an external elevator for easy access.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Additionally, all reservations made for a duration of 28 days or longer are non-refundable, and travel insurance is highly recommended.
