• Smoking: Not permitted
• Pets: Dog friendly (2 dog max). A $300 non-refundable fee applies to the first dog, and $150 for each additional dog. Pets must be crated if left alone and are not permitted on furniture. Please keep pets inside to avoid local wildlife.
• Gate Access: Palmetto Dunes is a gated community. One gate pass is included per reservation; additional passes are $45 each. All passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
• Guest Portal: All reservations must complete a secure Guest Portal before arrival to sign the rental agreement, undergo verification, and select either a Damage Waiver or a Security Deposit.
