• Policies: This is a pet-free and non-smoking environment. The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
• Gate Access: Shipyard is a gated community; every vehicle requires a pass. One pass is included with the reservation. Additional passes are available for $45 each and must be picked up at the management office prior to entry.
• Guest Portal: All guests must complete a secure Guest Portal before check-in, which includes signing the rental agreement, guest verification, and selecting either a Damage Waiver or Security Deposit.
