This spacious retreat is designed for flexibility, accommodating up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king bed and a 55” Fire Smart TV, two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and ceiling fans, and a fourth bedroom equipped with a double bed over two twin beds. Each room includes touch reading lamps with USB plug-ins to keep your devices charged.

Embrace the slower pace of "Lake Life" with an array of outdoor activities. Guests can explore miles of river and connected lakes using the two provided kayaks or by docking their own boat at the private pier. Enjoy swimming off the seawall, fishing from the pier, or lounging on the floating dock lily pad. The outdoor living space is completed by a back deck with patio chairs, a picnic table, string lights, a BBQ gas grill, and a fire pit with provided firewood. For entertainment, the yard is equipped with Spikeball, Kan Jam, and Cornhole.

Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a homey ambiance. A dedicated game room provides a wonderful space for competition with foosball, a poker table, Connect Four, and various board games. • Pets: Not allowed
• Noise Policy: This is a family-oriented neighborhood. A strict noise rule is in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Rowdiness or excessive noise are grounds for immediate removal, and neighbor complaints may incur a $50 fee.
• Additional Notes: No access to a few interior closets. Outdoor video security is in place for your safety.
