Located on a golf course within the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort, you are perfectly positioned for adventure. Guests have access to three world-class golf courses, a navigable lagoon system, pickleball courts, and miles of paved bike paths. The neighborhood offers the convenience of the Palmetto Dunes General Store and five onsite dining options, as well as multiple beach access points. From mid-March through mid-September, guests can enjoy free access to The Dunes Buggy for courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove.

• Pets: One dog maximum allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture and must be crated if left alone. Do not leave pets alone outside due to local wildlife.
• Gate Access: Palmetto Dunes is a gated community. One gate pass is included per reservation; additional passes are $45 each. All passes must be picked up at the property management office.
• Minimum age limit: 25
• Smoking is not permitted
• Children are allowed
