The open living space is anchored by comfortable seating and an impressive 82” SmartTV, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for preparing fresh seafood. • Gate Access: Every vehicle requires a gate pass. One is included; additional passes are $45 each and must be picked up at the property manager office.
• Villa Location: 2nd floor of the Centre Court building (no elevator).
• Community Pool: Open seasonally from April 1 to October 31.
• Included Perks: Two free hours of pickleball or tennis daily and free seasonal access to The Dunes Buggy transportation (mid-March through mid-September).
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking. Minimum age limit is 25.
• Guest Portal: All reservations must complete a secure Guest Portal before arrival for rental agreements and verification.
