The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for maximum rest: two bedrooms on the main floor each feature a queen bed with premium mattresses and sheets, with one offering a dual adjustable mattress for individualized comfort. A third bedroom located in the basement also provides a queen bed with a dual adjustable mattress. For additional guests, the cozy, open-concept living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa that pulls out to a mattress for two.

Step outside to an outdoor space designed for endless possibilities and relaxation. The beautiful backyard is a true highlight, featuring a hot tub tucked under a pergola, a fire pit with complimentary firewood and chairs, a gas grill, and a back deck and patio. With plenty of open backyard space and surrounding pastureland, it is the ideal spot for outdoor activities.

Inside, the home is exceptionally clean and fresh. The open-concept living room is equipped with a love-seat, a recliner, and a 55" Samsung Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and mixer, along with all necessary pots, pans, and dinnerware.

Located right next door to a real working farm, you will experience the authentic charm of the countryside, where Amish buggies frequently pass by.
