This spacious home is thoughtfully furnished to accommodate up to 14 guests. The main floor features an open kitchen and living area filled with natural light, a private primary suite with a queen-sized bed and attached bathroom, and an additional half bath. The upper level provides two bedrooms equipped with twin-over-full bunks, a full bathroom, and an open loft with a cozy sitting area. Additionally, the lower level offers further sleeping accommodations and gathering space, ensuring plenty of room for larger groups traveling together.

Inside, you will find soaring ceilings and warm wood finishes throughout. Large windows bring the outdoors in, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere year-round. The open-concept layout and fully equipped kitchen make preparing group meals easy and enjoyable.

CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance have been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins; however, we make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING There is plenty of parking available. ENTERING THE PROPERTY The lock is located on the front door.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are not allowed. •Please do not enter bedrooms that will not be used during your stay. We want to keep them clean for the next guests. ● No smoking.
● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please put all trash in the trash barrel by the back deck. w ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know, and we can arrange for its replacement or repair together.

LINENS If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer whenever you need them. ● Bath Towels: The bathroom has plenty of towels and washcloths. ● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the bedroom closet.
● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen.

TV • There is no TV • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Checkout Rules Please put all towels and washcloths in the laundry basket beside the washer. Please strip all used beds and put them on a pile on the bed. Please make sure all dishes are clean or start the dishwasher.
Please check and dispose of all garbage bags.
