The comfortable king suite provides direct access to a private patio, where you can enjoy serene and peaceful views of the lagoons and the George Fazio Golf Course. For additional sleeping space, a spiral staircase leads to a twin loft featuring its own full bath, and a sleeper sofa in the living room ensures plenty of room for everyone. The home includes a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms.

While the villa is a sanctuary of relaxation, the surrounding Palmetto Dunes Resort provides endless excitement. Steps away, you will find a convenient pool complex (open seasonally from April 1 through September 30). Guests can explore over 200 miles of bike riding pathways and trails or visit the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center. For those seeking adventure, Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina offers deep water tours, fishing charters, and boat rentals. Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. As Palmetto Dunes is a gated community, a gate pass is required for every vehicle. One pass is included with your reservation; additional passes are available for a fee of $45 each and must be picked up at the management office. From mid-March through mid-September, guests enjoy free access to The Dunes Buggy, an on-demand courtesy shuttle serving Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.
