Inside, you will find designer finishes, new flooring, and vaulted ceilings that give the open-concept great room a spacious feel for movie or game nights. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite counters and ample storage, while the dining area seats four with additional space at the breakfast bar. • Sea Pines Gate Pass: Required for all vehicles. One pass is included; additional passes are $35 each and must be picked up at the property manager's office.
• Pool Access: The South Beach Marina Pool is seasonal (June–August). Access is not included; passes must be purchased directly from the pool at least one week in advance.
• Note: Ongoing construction is occurring at South Beach Marina, though some shops like The Salty Dog remain open.
