This delightful and cozy custom-built home, completed in 2023, offers a thoughtfully designed 1,200 square foot layout. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed and an ensuite bath equipped with a soaking tub and shower. Upstairs, a loft space provides two queen beds and a second ensuite bathroom, along with access to a private deck.

Designed with a crisp, gently modern flare, the home is built for both entertaining and unwinding. The great room is lofty, airy, and bright, with cathedral ceilings and numerous windows that frame beautiful views of the lake. A large, gourmet style kitchen is fully stocked, providing ample space to prepare fresh catches from the lake.

Nestled on a private 3-acre lake within a larger 9-acre property, the retreat is a haven for nature lovers. Spend your days walking through quiet woods filled with wildflowers and native plants, or enjoy incredible stargazing lying on a blanket by the water. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks to explore the lake or fish for bass, brim, crappie, and catfish. Please note that while the lake is excellent for kayaking and shoreline casting, it is surrounded by protective wetlands and is not suitable for wading or swimming.

Located just down a gravel driveway, the retreat is minutes away from the majesty of Savage Gulf State Park, which features over 30 miles of hiking, glorious waterfalls, and magnificent overlooks. The charming village of Beersheba Springs is also nearby, offering a lovely walk among mid-1800s residences on the National Historic Register. For further adventure, the town of McMinnville is 26 miles away, boasting quaint shops, river kayaking, and caving tours.
