This villa sleeps up to 6 guests across two private bedrooms with one full bathroom featuring a walk-in glass shower and single vanity. The first bedroom includes a king bed and smart TV (sleeps 2), while the second bedroom offers two queen beds and smart TV (sleeps 4).

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking requires picking up a pass at the gate for one vehicle in any unassigned Queens Grant lot, with overflow lots available for additional cars. During major holidays, only one vehicle per villa is permitted.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval - one dog allowed per stay with a $150 fee. Pets must be crated when left alone, and guests are responsible for cleanup. The property maintains quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, and occupancy limits must be followed with children under 2 not counted toward the guest limit.
