• Pool: South Beach Marina Pool is seasonal (June-August). Access is not included and requires a separate pass purchased directly from the pool.
• Requirements: All guests must complete a Guest Portal prior to arrival, which includes signing a rental agreement, guest verification, and selecting either a damage waiver or a security deposit.
