Chestnut Bay Resort offers exceptional amenities including two beach areas with complimentary chairs and umbrellas, two swimming pools, basketball court, playground equipment, and free kayak and water cycle rentals. On-site boat and jet ski rentals are also available for water enthusiasts.

The resort is conveniently located near Leesburg with Dollar General nearby and Walmart just 10 minutes away. Guests also have access to Pirates Bay Waterpark and various local dining recommendations.

Important Guest Information: Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Minimum stay requirements apply: three nights for peak season weekends and Thanksgiving/Christmas, four nights for holiday weekends during peak season. Outside golf carts are not permitted. Additional fees include 10% Alabama lodging tax and $2 per night Cherokee County surcharge tax.
