The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom featuring two queen beds. The home is designed for entertaining, with a spacious layout that includes open living and dining areas perfect for gathering after a day in the sun.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the villa itself is well-appointed with a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests can also enjoy the luxury of room service from the resort restaurants.

Located within the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, you have access to an incredible array of recreational activities. The resort features 11 pools, including a lagoon pool, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center, and a Par 3 Executive 9-hole golf course. For active guests, there are Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball, a Sky Trail Rope Course, basketball, and shuffleboard. Dining and shopping are readily available on-site at Ocean’s Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender’s Poolside Bar, and Edgie’s Corner Market with Starbucks.

Important Policies & Fees:

• Registration is required for all guests (regardless of vehicle). Base registration is $50 if completed at least one day prior to arrival, or $75 for same-day registration. Additional Resort Access Passes are $50 for the second and $100 for the third.
• Fitness center access: $15 per day per person or $50 per week per unit.
• Tennis/Pickleball: $100 per week per unit; combo access is $150 per week.
• Amenity Access: Guests 18+ may access amenities alone; ages 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult; guests under 16 are not permitted access.
