The layout is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. The master suite is fit for a king and queen, featuring a king bed, a full-size dresser, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the white sand beaches. It includes an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers versatility with all new beds, including a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk. A second bathroom is conveniently accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway, featuring a tub/shower combo with a handheld shower wand and a movable grab bar. For larger groups, the condo can accommodate up to 7 guests, with two portable air mattresses (twin and queen) available for additional sleeping options.

The living area is anchored by the most comfortable leather reclining sofas in the resort, perfect for watching the waves or taking an afternoon snooze. Guests can step out onto the private balcony to overlook the shore and the heated Tower 2 pool, complete with a waterfall and hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge with filtered water and an ice maker, while the dining area comfortably seats six.

Located within the expansive Edgewater Beach Resort, guests have easy access to a 9-hole golf course, a convention center, and a clubhouse via the pedestrian and golf cart bridge. On-site dining is available at Oceans and Paradise Pizza, while a variety of walkable options—from Cajun cafes to high-end seafood—are just outside the security gates. For families, the unit provides a pack n play, booster high chair, and a beach supply loan closet filled with sand toys, volleyball, frisbees, and a wheeled beach cart.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. A $500 damage deposit hold is required prior to arrival. Pets, smoking, and parties are strictly prohibited. The resort fee includes one parking pass; a second pass is available for $30 plus taxes.
