Welcome to Shores of Panama 328, a modern, high-end 3-bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of one of Panama City Beach's most popular beachfront resorts — where white sand beaches and bright blue Gulf waters are just steps away.

The condo sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and a bunk room. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and flat screen TV with an ensuite bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and flat screen TV with its own bathtub and shower combination bathroom. The third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and TV, with a third full bathroom. A private bunk room with a custom-built full-over-full bunk bed and a barn door for added privacy rounds out the sleeping arrangements — making this layout perfect for larger groups and families.

Step inside and you'll immediately notice the wooden flooring, neutral decor, and spacious open floor plan. The living area features an L-shaped sectional, a large flat screen TV, and direct balcony access. The fully stocked, super-modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a large granite countertop, and everything you need to whip up snacks or a full dinner. High-top bar stools invite guests to pull up a seat while drinks are poured and plans are made. A large wooden dining table seats six for a more formal meal.

Step out onto the private balcony — furnished with seating for four plus a lounge chair — and soak in sunset views over the Gulf.

The Craft Bar is just a short stroll away for craft beers and bar bites, and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge keeps the party going until 3 AM, seven days a week.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note the following important policies:

• Resort amenity access requires a one-time fee of $105 upon arrival (covers 2 parking permits and 10 wristbands)
• Must be 25 or older to book; families with children are welcome
• No college spring breakers, graduate parties, or unsupervised groups under 25
• A $500 Spring Break deposit is required for reservations between March 7 and April 15 (refundable upon damage-free checkout)
• No pets allowed
• No smoking
• Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival require a credit card and matching ID on file — no exceptions
• A rental agreement with a credit or debit card on file is required to protect against damages
• Please note: Shores of Panama is currently undergoing exterior construction; noise runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Start-up toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, and one dishwasher detergent pod are provided. A nationwide retailer is right across the street for anything additional you may need.
