The layout is thoughtfully arranged: the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a flat screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private ocean-facing balcony. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, uniquely enhanced with built-in bunk beds that include dedicated shelves and power outlets for recharging devices. The main level third bedroom provides a king size bed and a flat screen TV.

Guests can enjoy a variety of high-quality features, including:

• Tennis and Pickleball courts
• Hi-speed WIFI and local cable TV
• Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee and Keurig

Located in a gated, low-density complex, you can park right in front of the unit, eliminating long walks with luggage or waiting for elevators. The neighborhood is exceptionally walkable, with Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Ms. Newby’s Bar, and Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop all nearby, along with the PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, and local shopping.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold are required for all bookings. Please note a one-time HOA parking fee of $37.00 per vehicle; trailers are permitted at $100 per space with prior approval. This is a non-smoking property. For security, a Ring camera with video and audio recording is located at the front door.

Pets are welcome upon request and approval with vet records provided at check-in. A $100 host pet fee applies, plus HOA registration fees ($80 for the first pet / $40 for the second for stays under 3 nights; $150 for the first / $50 for the second for stays of 4+ nights). A limit of 2 pets per stay applies, with restrictions on aggressive breeds.
