This spacious 1,550 square foot condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements feature King beds in the master and guest bedrooms, while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and Twin size bunkbeds (please note that the top bunk is recommended for children over the age of six). The living area is built for lounging, featuring a reclining leather sofa, a reclining love seat, and two recliner chairs.

Inside, you will find generously sized, newly remodeled bathrooms with beautiful custom tile showers. The kitchen is well-equipped for any meal, boasting custom cabinets and elegant granite counters. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located right in the condo.

Pelican Walk 1012 is nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, putting you within a 2-mile radius of Panama City Beach's best attractions. Enjoy easy access to Captain Anderson's restaurant, Hershey's Beach ice cream shop, and shopping at Alvin's Island. Local entertainment is just moments away, including mini golf, go-carts, an arcade, Signal Hill golf course, and St. Andrew's State Park, as well as pontoon, jet ski, and deep sea fishing rentals.

Pet Policy: Small dogs are welcome! The Pelican Walk Owner Association allows up to two dogs per condo, provided each weighs 20 lbs or under. All pets must be fully housetrained and pre-approved at the time of booking with weight and breed details. A $150 fee per pet is charged at check-in by the Owners Association. Upon arrival, dogs will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve for use on the property. Qualifying service animals must request accommodations at the time of booking.
