OCEAN RITZ RULES AND REGULATIONS 2021
The following rules and regulations have been adopted by the Ocean Ritz (OR) Owners'
Association and are designed to ensure that all unit owners, guests and renters have a safe
and pleasant stay at our resort. Unit Owners/Property managers are responsible to ensure that everyone they allow on the property understands their requirement to comply with
these rules and regulations. The Board is not in a position to mandate owner/guest
relations, however we recommend owners have a solid rental contract that would pass any
protentional fines on to the guests, when and where they are proven to violate rules.
Owners are responsible for their guests’ actions.
NOTE: JUMPING off any level but the pool (ground) level into the pool will be grounds for
immediate eviction and lawful prosecution in Bay County as a CLASS 2 FELONY. Throwing
objects from any level above ground (balconies and P2) are also a CLASS 2 FELONY. Owners
will also be fined for any guests throwing objects off the balconies, in addition to the guest
being evicted immediately.
Violation of rules have a possible fine up to $100 per day, to a maximum of $1000 per violation
for any of the following.

served basis. Unassigned parking in overflow is on a first come/first served basis, not to

All vehicles parked on Ocean Ritz (OR) property must clearly display a unit unique parking pass

are renting. Noncompliant vehicles will be towed at the expense of the vehicle's owner without warning. If the vehicles operator’s telephone number is clearly displayed on the parking pass, attempts to
contact the operator will be made before towing.
