The layout is thoughtfully arranged to maximize the ocean vistas: the Gulf-front master bedroom boasts a king bed with direct balcony access, the spacious second bedroom also features a king bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed along with a twin bunk bed. Please note that for safety, the top bunk is recommended for children over the age of six.

Step outside onto the impressive 270 square foot wrap-around balcony, the perfect spot to relax and watch the sun dip below the horizon. Inside, the home was completely updated in winter 2024 with all new furniture and décor. The living, dining, and kitchen areas all overlook the beautiful Gulf. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, featuring granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar with plenty of additional seating at the dining table. The two full bathrooms are elevated with custom tile showers, and a full-size washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

Pet Policy: Small dogs are considered with prior approval. To be eligible, dogs must be non-shedding, fully house-trained, and weigh 20 lbs or under. A maximum of 2 dogs per condo is allowed. Guests must provide the weight and breed at the time of booking. A pet fee of $150 per dog is charged at check-in.
