The sleeping arrangements feature a main bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite full bath, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and its own ensuite full bath. For the children, there are twin bunks located in a side hall near a third full bathroom, as well as a pull-out sofa in the open living area.

Inside, the home blends style and functionality with tasteful coastal decor, tile throughout, and a sunlit living area. The well-equipped full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a dining table perfect for family mealtimes or rainy-day board games. Step outside onto the furnished balcony to enjoy fantastic gulf views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine while watching the sunrise and sunset.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in (1:00 PM) or late check-out (12:00 PM) may be requested for $50, subject to availability. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. A resort registration fee (approximately $48-$54 plus tax) is required for parking passes and armbands; late registration (less than 24 hours before arrival) may incur an additional $10 fee. A valid photo ID for a guest aged 25 or older is required at check-in.
