Designed for families and friend groups, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are flexible to suit your group: the primary bedroom offers a king bed with balcony access and a private bathroom; the second bedroom includes a king bed and twin bunk beds with its own private bathroom; and an additional sleeping area features a queen bed located near a half bath. To ensure a seamless stay, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom.

The interior is defined by an open-concept living area filled with natural light. Guests can gather in the spacious kitchen, which provides ample counter space for preparing snacks and meals, or unwind in the comfortable living room featuring a 55-inch TV.

While the unit provides a serene escape, the Shores of Panama resort offers an iconic experience with a massive beachfront lagoon-style pool, a heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and on-site spa services. • Resort Fee: A $98.00 fee per unit is required for the duration of the stay, providing 2 assigned parking passes and facility wristbands.
• Parking: Garage clearance is 6 ft 7in. Oversized vehicles may need to use the overflow lot approximately 1/2 mile away.
• Rules: The primary renter must be 25+ years of age. This is a pet-free home. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property; violations result in a $500 fee.
• Note: Please bring your own beach towels, as only a limited initial supply of household essentials is provided.
