Pelican Walk is one of the most family and pet-friendly beachfront condominiums in the area. Unlike many properties in PCB, this residence welcomes dogs and cats. Per the Pelican Walk Owner Association policy, up to two pets are allowed per condo, provided each pet weighs 20 lbs or under. Please note a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay is charged at check-in by the HOA.
