The condo features a thoughtful layout designed for comfort. The master bedroom offers a lovely king size bed, while the second bedroom provides two full sized beds. To accommodate extra guests, the gorgeous living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa. The home is completed by two bathrooms, each featuring a shower tub combo for your convenience. In total, this beachfront sanctuary comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Every detail has been curated to ensure a stress-free stay, from the fully furnished kitchen to the beautifully decorated bedrooms. Guests can step out onto the private furnished balcony to take in the salty sea air and feel the closeness of the ocean.

While the condo is a haven of its own, Regency Towers is one of the most popular resorts in the area, situated on the quiet end of the beach near St Andrews State Park. The resort provides an array of perks for families and friends, including two large pools (one heated), a kiddy pool, a hot tub room, and a snack shack, ensuring plenty of fun and memories can be made without ever leaving the property.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Resort Fee: Upon arrival, guests pay a $40 fee which covers one parking pass and eight wristbands (additional parking passes are available for $10).
• Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay.
• Deposit: A $200 damage deposit hold will be placed on a provided credit card prior to arrival and released after a successful check-out.
