Located on the 5th floor of the gated Regency Towers, this stunning retreat offers views you will remember forever, from the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf to the beautiful sugar sands beach. Step onto the spacious private balcony to experience spectacular sunrises and sunsets that stretch as far as the eye can see.

Designed for comfort and versatility, the layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary with a king size bed and direct views of the ocean. The second bedroom provides flexible sleeping options with a queen bed and a daybed featuring a twin trundle. For additional guests, the living area—which also boasts beach views—features a queen size sleeper sofa.

Regency Towers is loaded with amenities that make it possible to never leave the site. Guests can enjoy two large pools (one heated), a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a gym. For recreation, the property offers tennis and shuffleboard courts, a billiard room with pool, darts, and card tables, and a large grassy park area perfect for soccer or frisbee. The poolside experience is elevated by Bikini Bob's, an awesome Tiki Bar and poolside cafe serving cocktails, beer, wine, and food with music throughout the day. The resort also features beachfront bench swings and grills for sunset cookouts, as well as nightly events like movie nights, water slides, karaoke, and Friday night beach bonfires.

Beyond the resort, you are perfectly positioned on the East end of the beach where traffic is lighter and local attractions are nearby. Experience the mecca of entertainment at Pier Park, just a 10-minute drive away, or visit the Marina for deep sea fishing, dolphin watching, and sunset cruises. From the nature of St. Andrews State Park to the thrills of ZooWorld and Shipwreck Island Water Park, there is an abundance of activity for every traveler.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. We are extending our southern hospitality to you for a wonderful vacation experience!
