This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a master bedroom with a king bed, gulf views, and balcony access, plus a 55-inch smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with flat screen TV, while the unique bunkroom provides privacy with a door and includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room comfortably seats 6 with a queen sleeper sofa and new 65-inch smart TV. Two full bathrooms feature tub and shower combinations for convenience.

The property provides a quieter location while remaining close to all Panama City Beach attractions, including nearby Gulf World Marine Park and a short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Sports Complex.

Panama City Beach boasts over 27 miles of award-winning sugar-white sand beaches and clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From pirate ships and animal parks to shopping at Pier Park's open-air marketplace featuring Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, and diverse dining options, there's something for everyone.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM with convenient self check-in. Paid parking is available off-premises, and the resort charges a $50 per vehicle registration fee. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property, with special Spring Break ratio requirements. Please note that elevator modernization will be ongoing until May 18, 2026, with 2 elevators operational while others are upgraded.
