Come to Ocean Reef #1505 and pack light! This inviting condo is designed for everyone, offering amazing Gulf views and a relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. From the moment you enter, you will notice the open floor plan and a beautifully decorated kitchen featuring new lighting, wood cabinets, granite countertops, and all the appliances you would expect in your own home.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort. The master suite features a king size bed with a top-of-the-line mattress and comfortable linens, complemented by a 47-inch wall-mounted TV with a DVD player and a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico. This suite also opens directly to the balcony and includes a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and luxurious linens. The guest room is equally welcoming, accommodated with two queen size beds on top-of-the-line mattresses, luxurious linens, and a 32-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the guest area.

One of the standout features is the private balcony, among the largest in the area. It is the perfect spot to sip morning coffee during sunrise, watch dolphins jumping, or enjoy the sunset over the beach while listening to the waves crashing ashore. Inside, the living area is equipped for entertainment with a 60-inch flat screen HD TV with surround sound and a dedicated workspace with a USB/laptop charging station for those who must tend to business.

To make your beach experience effortless, the condo is equipped with additional portable beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a large ice cooler. Seasonally (March 15 through October 31), two free beach chairs—including chaise loungers and an umbrella setup—are provided daily by the beach service company.

Located in a fabulous area, guests are within walking distance of restaurants, mini-golf, a go-cart track, gift shops, and more.

• Parking: One reserved, exclusive-use space is free. Additional vehicle passes are $20 and utilize a first-come, first-served overflow lot.
• Rules: Occupancy limit is 6 guests. Guests must be 25 or older to book. This is a strictly NON-SMOKING resort (including balconies). Pets are not allowed. No parties, loud music, or large gatherings are permitted to ensure neighbors' enjoyment.
