Designed for comfort and flexibility, this property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The gulf-front master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bath with a double vanity. The awesome guest bedroom is a dream for families, featuring two full-size beds with twin bunks on top, allowing the adults to enjoy the living room while the kids sleep soundly.

Experience the ultimate outdoor living on the massive 10 x 27 private balcony. This space is truly to die for, making you feel as if you are right on top of the beach as you nap to the sound of the waves. Inside, the spacious living room includes a large sofa, love seat, two ottomans, and a wall-mounted Toshiba flat-screen television. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, combination stove top/oven, and dishwasher, while the dining area seats six guests plus three additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

For added convenience, a separate laundry room houses an upgraded side-by-side Samsung washer and dryer and a portable luggage cart. Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities provided by the Ocean Reef Condominium, including 330 feet of wide beach, a large beach-front pool, a hot tub, and a seasonally heated indoor pool. From March 1st to October 31st, guests receive two beach chaise loungers and one umbrella daily.

Location is everything, and Ocean Reef 606 puts you in the heart of the action. Runaway Island restaurant, a donut shop, and a diner are just a short walk away. Across the street, you will find a go-cart track, putt-putt course, and ice cream. The Gulf World dolphin show is only a half-mile down the street, and Pier Park is just 1.5 miles away.

• Parking: One reserved parking space on Level 2 is included. An additional vehicle pass is $20. Overflow parking is available across the street on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Rules: Occupancy limit of 6 guests. Primary guest must be 25+ and present during stay. Pets are not allowed. This is a strictly non-smoking resort (including balconies). No parties, loud music, or large gatherings are permitted.
