The condo also includes a second full bathroom in the hall with a shower and the convenience of an in-unit stackable washer and dryer.

Inside, you will find a remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped, opening seamlessly into a combination dining and living area. This space was updated in late Spring 2024 with new furniture and decor to ensure a modern feel. The dining area comfortably seats four at the table, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the Gulf front balcony to take in the beautiful views.

Located within a family friendly condominium complex, guests have access to an array of resort-style perks. Enjoy the tropical grounds, two Gulf front pools, and plenty of uncrowded beach area.
