The layout is completed by 1 bright, clean bathroom with a full tub and shower combination. For dining and lounging, you will find a dining table with seating for four along with additional lounge chairs to help you unwind.

While the unit does not have a private balcony, guests have access to large, open seating lounges with ocean views on every floor, as well as a beachside deck and an upper sun deck located right on the sand. The interior boasts full-sized updates and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, and a coffee setup to make meal preparation a breeze.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Strictly 4 guests maximum (including infants/children per HOA regulations)
• Parking: $30 mandatory HOA parking fee due upon arrival (CASH ONLY at the 1st-floor office, 8 AM–5 PM, or via security after hours). Limit 1 vehicle per unit
• Wristbands: Required to be worn on property at all times
• Pets: Not allowed
• Starter Pack: A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent is provided
