This spacious condo is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with a layout featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The master suite serves as a private sanctuary with a plush king-size bed on an ultra pillow top mattress and sliding doors that lead directly to the balcony. Its attached ensuite bathroom is freshly remodeled with marble tile, featuring dual shower heads, including a rainfall head, and is ADA-regulated with low entry and grab bars for safety. The second bedroom provides a comfortable queen-size bed with a pillow top mattress and easy access to the hallway bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. For additional guests, the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa.

The interior boasts light and airy coastal-themed décor, creating a tranquil environment for relaxation. The open-concept living area features a flat-screen smart TV and ample seating, including a rocking chair. The fully stocked kitchen comes with a full suite of appliances, cookware, and a breakfast bar, while the private beachfront balcony is furnished with a dining table for four and additional seating to enjoy the emerald green waters.

Location & Neighborhood: Sterling Reef is ideally located across from Shipwreck Island Waterpark and adjacent to the M.B. Miller Fishing Pier. • Parking: Covered garage access (max 2 vehicles per unit); no scooters, golf carts, boats, or trailers allowed
• Requirement: Wristbands must be worn on property and left in the condo upon departure to avoid a $50 per wristband fee
• Note: As of April 2024, building repairs are in progress and pools may be closed during your visit.
