Located in the desirable Gulf Place Residences area, this home is situated just one mile from the Ed Walline Public Beach Access, putting the world-famous white sand beaches and clear blue water of 30-A within easy reach.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A refundable deposit of $750.00 will be charged for all reservations. Please be aware that the minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old, and spring breakers are absolutely not allowed. Additionally, pets are not permitted on the property. Regarding the golf cart, please note that while service and repair are provided to the best of the host's ability, there is no guarantee of continuous service throughout the stay, and no credits or refunds are provided if the cart becomes inoperable.
