The layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the first bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is conveniently located in the common area, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Inside, you will find a space tailored for leisure and convenience. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite meals and a flat-screen TV for relaxing movie nights in. While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is situated within the Ocean Villa resort, which offers fantastic features such as an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, direct beach access, and a steam room.

Located right on the Front Beach Road strip, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the area. Numerous restaurants and shopping options are within walking distance. For those looking for adventure, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are just a short drive away, as is Pier Park, which is renowned for its extensive dining, shopping, and amusement experiences.

Please be aware of the following practical information: check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age. In accordance with PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is strictly 8 guests, including children and infants. Pets are not allowed. One parking pass is included; additional passes are available upon request for $50 each.

Important Notice: The resort is undergoing construction and painting from September 14, 2026, through February 28, 2027. Specifically, 13th-floor walkways are scheduled for painting from November 23 to November 30. Furthermore, from November 11, 2026, through December 27, 2026, all on-site pools and direct beach access will be closed per the Fire Marshal. During this time, guests must use public beach access on either side of the building. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to construction-related noise or facility closures.
