Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, registered guests are requested to perform a walkthrough of the unit before bringing in personal items to ensure everything is to their satisfaction. Check-in is handled at the 7205 Thomas Drive Office C.

AGE REQUIREMENT: We require two people 25 years of age or older. ID verified in office and security. Guests under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and/or rental money and the party will not be able to check in. Eviction rules apply should the accompanied parent/legal guardian leave property, and occupants are unsupervised and/or occupants display undesirable behavior that may cause harm to others, damage to property or disturb the peace and comfort of others.

CANCELLATION or CHANGES TO RESERVATION DATES: The Cancellation policy in accordance with agreement with Airbnb is 30 days prior to your arrival date; Changes to reservation dates must also be made 30 days prior to arrival date.

CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time 4:00 p.m. (CST) and Check-Out time 10:00 a.m. (CST). During peak season 5/21-8/31, Holidays and Special events could cause delays in check-in Past 4pm (CST).

PARKING LIMIT: 2 bedroom - 2 car limit; 3 bedrooms - 3 cars limit. Any additional vehicles $10 per day. Prior arrangement must be made with the Dunes of Panama Vacation office.

PET POLICY - No pets allowed in any unit

REFUNDS: We do not refund for early departures or weather.

SMOKING POLICY - No smoking of any Form allowed in any unit

WALKWAYS - Walkways must remain clear at all times. No items (beach toys, floats, coolers etc.) can be left outside unit door on walkway.
