Start your mornings with coffee on the huge balcony featuring brand new comfortable patio lounge furniture, offering amazing vistas of the Gulf.

This beauty is designed for maximum comfort and sleeps up to 8 guests in beds. The sleeping arrangements are the best, featuring a master bedroom with a king bed, luxurious linens, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a closet, plenty of storage, and a private attached bathroom with a tub/shower. For additional guests, the bunk bedroom includes a door for privacy and custom built queen-over-queen bunks with brand new premium beds and bedding. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

While the property provides a reserved parking space on the 3rd floor, please note that the resort is currently undergoing exterior construction, which may be loud and disruptive between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Guest access is managed via self-check-in, though you must visit the concierge to pay a one-time registration fee (listed between $90 and $100) to receive two parking permits and eight property wristbands. These armbands grant access to the resort's impressive facilities, including:

• Gorgeous 13,966 sq. ft. gulf-side lagoon pool with fountains
• Large pool deck and recreational features
• Gulf-side hot tub
• Large heated indoor pool and hot tub

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Registered guest must be 25 or older and occupy the condo throughout the stay.
• Pets: Absolutely no pets allowed; service animals must be pre-approved. Emotional support animals are not accepted per Florida law.
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping; violations result in a $1,000 fine.
• Special Deposits: A $500 Spring Break deposit is required for reservations between 03/07 and 04/15 (excluding families with children).
