This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 11 guests with thoughtful sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom and direct access to the wraparound balcony. The second bedroom hosts two full-over-queen bunk beds and includes its own private balcony facing the front of the building.

Watercrest is perfectly positioned on the quiet side of Thomas Drive near the State Park, providing guests with large spacious beaches and a peaceful atmosphere. You'll be just steps from Schooner's restaurant and within walking distance or a short drive to popular dining spots including Alvin's Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza, and Patches restaurant. The complex features a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area, open from mid-March to late September.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with checkout at 9:00 AM. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival convenient. Paid parking is available both on-premises (2 spaces) and off-premises. Please note that guests must register and pay a property safety and security fee of $57.50 per vehicle (up to two vehicles; third vehicle $87.50) upon arrival. Long-term stays are welcome, and pets are not permitted.

Please be aware that Watercrest renovations will be ongoing, with balcony railing replacement completed by February 28, 2026, followed by building painting from March 1 through May 15, 2026. During the final phase, the parking lot side balcony will be temporarily closed, though the beachfront balcony remains open and accessible.
