Guests will appreciate the fully equipped modern kitchen and the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the unit. The bathroom has been updated with a new walk-in shower for a refreshing experience. Step outside onto your private balcony to sip morning coffee while watching dolphins or enjoy a glass of wine during spectacular sunsets.

While the property itself is a sanctuary, the surrounding area is packed with excitement. You are perfectly located right next to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, allowing you to walk to live music, nightlife, and local restaurants. Important Notice: The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. During this window, balconies will be closed, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify balcony access for your specific dates. No refunds or discounts are provided for this project.
