The second bedroom is ideal for families or extra guests, featuring a double bed with twin bunk beds. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. The open-concept layout ensures that sweeping Gulf views remain visible from both the living area and the primary suite, creating a welcoming atmosphere to relax in after a day in the sand.

While the condo provides a cozy, home-like feel, guests have full access to the extensive amenities of the Summerhouse Resort. These include:

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, personally check in, and remain on-site for the duration of the stay. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies, with a $500 fee for violations.

Parking and Access: Registration for parking passes and wristbands is $35.84, payable to the resort upon arrival. A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted; trailers (including those for boats or golf carts) require management approval from Memorial Day through Labor Day. All guests aged 6 and older require wristbands for pool access (up to 8 provided); a $20 fee applies for any wristbands not returned. Please note that beach towels are not included.
