For additional lounging, the home includes an extra den area, a massaging recliner, and two new sleeper sofas added during the 2025 updates.

While general property amenities are managed by the resort, the unit is thoughtfully equipped for a seamless stay. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. For added convenience, guests have access to a full-size in-unit washer and dryer.

Location is everything, and Pelican Walk 1005 is situated on the desirable, quiet east end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. You are less than 2 miles from the area's best attractions, including top seafood spots, ice cream shops, arcades, amusement parks, and mini-golf, allowing you to enjoy both local excitement and seaside tranquility.

We love your furry family members! This is a pet-friendly property with a maximum of 2 dogs per condo (20 lbs or under per dog). Dogs must be fully housetrained, and a $150 non-refundable registration fee per dog is charged by the HOA. Please provide the weight and breed at the time of booking; service animals must also be registered.
