Located at the beachfront Summit Resort, you are perfectly positioned just steps away from the sugar-white sandy beach. The neighborhood is a hub of excitement and convenience, situated right next to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Guests can enjoy a quick walk to live music, vibrant nightlife, a variety of restaurants, and popular beach attractions, making it an ideal choice for couples, friends, and vacation groups.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (though check-in is at 5 PM during Spring Break and Major Holidays). Upon arrival, all guests must register at the front desk to receive their wristbands and parking pass. There is a registration fee of $27.00 per vehicle, which is subject to change without prior notice. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM.

Important house rules include a minimum booking age of 18+. Please be aware that per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 5 guests, including children and infants; failure to abide by this ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
